Terms of Service
Your commission will start when I receive the invoice acceptance from you.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:General
• Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction. A copy of the ToS at the time will be sent to you on the invoice email.
• I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
• All artwork is transferred digitally.Ownership
• After the commission has been received and paid for, you are free to share it as you wish, however you are not allowed to resell it, nor gain any monetary profit through it.
• My artwork is for personal use only. No commercial use of my artwork is allowed.
• I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it (unless you specify not to).
The creation credit would still belong to 'Fea Art'.Pricing and Delivery Time
• The time and price are subject to change depending on the intricacy of the art you commission. The timelines given are only there to give a basic idea.Distribution
• After the commission has been delivered and paid for, the art piece is free to be be distributed digitally.
• You are free to make hard copies of the art only for personal use. Do not distribute it for commercial purposes nor with purpose of gaining monetary profit from it.Usage
• After the commission has been delivered and paid for, you agree that I can use the commission piece as part of my portfolio to showcase my experience. (Rest assured, the piece once sold to you will not be resold to earn monetary profit from another party. It is solely for my portfolio purposes.)Privacy
• If you state it, your commission will be kept private i.e not distributed on social media platforms.Revisions
• I will do only one free revision. After that each revision will cost €1 extra.
• We can talk during the commission on my discord/email anytime until the commission is complete. You can ask for a work in progress anytime between invoice acceptance and delivery of art.Refunds
• There are no refunds at any point of time after the commission has started and delivery has been completed.
• You can, however, rescend your request before you receive invoice email.
• Keep in mind that your slot will be forfeit after rescending your request.
